Forgot your password

On the login screen, tap “Forgot password”, enter your email, then the 6-digit code we email you. The code is valid for 10 minutes. Didn’t get it? Check your spam folder, then ask for a new code.

Join a group

Open the invite link you got on WhatsApp. Or, in the app: Home → “I have a code”, then paste the code or the whole message.
