Delete my account

This page explains how to delete your 3achra account and the data linked to it.
In the app (fastest)
- Open 3achra and go to Profile.
- Tap “Delete account”, then confirm.
The deletion is immediate.
Without the app
Email contact@3achra.ma from your account’s email address, with the subject “Delete my account”. We confirm the request by email, then delete the account within 30 days at most (usually less than a week).
What gets deleted
- your account: first name, email address, password and language;
- your group memberships;
- the groups you created, for all their members (the app warns you first).
What is kept, and for how long
- technical backup copies, erased within 30 days;
- technical server logs, erased after 30 days at most.
Nothing else is kept.
Deleting only part of your data
You can ask us to delete some data without deleting your account: email contact@3achra.ma.
The website waitlist
For a sign-up on the 3achra.ma waitlist, email us with the WhatsApp number you used, or reply “STOP” to our message. We delete your sign-up within 30 days at most.
