Terms of use

1. What 3achra is
3achra (the app and the 3achra.ma website) helps groups of friends and families keep track of shared expenses and prepare reminders. 3achra is not a bank, a payment service or a credit service: the app never holds, receives or transfers money. You pay each other outside 3achra, under your own responsibility.
2. Your account
- 3achra is for people aged 18 and over.
- Give accurate information and keep your password secret. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
- You can delete your account at any time (how).
3. Your groups, and other people
- When you add people to a group, only enter what is needed: a first name or a nickname, and a phone number only with their agreement.
- The organiser manages the group: they can add or remove members and change the invite link.
- Only share the invite link with the group’s members.
4. Reminders
Humour, yes; humiliation, no. Don’t use 3achra to harass, threaten, insult or publicly shame anyone. You are responsible for the messages you send with WhatsApp.
5. Calculations
3achra calculates shares from what you enter. Check the amounts: we are not a party to the arrangements between you, and we are not responsible for disagreements or unpaid amounts.
6. The service
- The app is free.
- It is still being developed: features may change, be added or removed, and the service may be interrupted.
- The waitlist does not guarantee an access date.
- We may suspend an account in case of abuse or breach of these terms.
7. Liability
To the extent allowed by Moroccan law, 3achra is provided “as is”, and our liability is limited to direct damage caused by our own fault.
8. Intellectual property
The 3achra name, logo, characters, texts and design belong to 3achra. The data you enter remains yours.
9. Personal data
See the privacy policy.
10. Changes
We may change these terms. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version, and we announce important changes in the app.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. In case of a dispute, we first look for an amicable solution; failing that, the competent Moroccan courts will decide.
